Cubao IN DAYLIGHT is very beautiful. there’s a lot of places you could go to (specially when you’re bored and jobless like me!yay!)
Gateway is one place. i love how it is very well-lighted. and seeing the class A, B, C and D walking around the same place is quite fascinating. never thought it could happen. there’s really nothing like Gateway.
National Bookstore - Main is like this huge Powerbooks. that is why i like it.
Cubao Shoe Expo - heaven! thrift shops, ukay stores, mini-art museums/galleries, italian resto, affordable marikina-made shoes–my gawd! just heaven. whoever came up with that idea of a shopesville is a genius.
Booksale (Araneta Branch) - the reason why i like the place is that i have dreamed of it before i actually got to see it. kewl, eh?

the coffeeshops in Araneta are endless. there’s also a free mini-concert held at the Gateway every weekends. Besides that there’s Ali Mall, SM, Farmers.. you cannot spend touring it for just a day.
Cubao is just sooo beautiful. the one reason i cannot fully appreciate it is the image of Cubao at night. It is full of pimps, vultures, prostitutes, thieves, what-have-you. creepy.
So visit Cubao only in the morning. that’s all
